Chocolate! coklat! cokelat & apa2 lagi la istilah yg korang sebut pun...coklat ttp coklat hitam, pekat , lazat & mengiurkan hehehehe..

So ape da ngan topik kali ni yek...hahahaha actually for ur info...im jz attanded course organized by MARA SHAH ALAM...it call a ASAS PEMBUATAN CHOCOLATE 1.. pada 25 & 26 May 2010.

I x interest bout choco ni...but 1 thing dat push me to join dis...it all bout knowledge..coz i know in baking world it is not limit to cake, bread..but its overall...include chocolate..so y must i miss the chance ..i must grab it rite! for future plan

Hem in dat 2 days short course , i've learnt almost 50% bout choco..(50% je skit nyer) hahha biasa la org x suke membaca kan...but im more in practical...koz i can see & learn 2gether...making a chocolate was interesting experience & the most important to get along wif others dat already expert & experiences in chocolate world...

Thanx to the CHEF dat gave & shared me all the information & technique to make chocolate.. more suitable in market & economic livestyle in malaysia. CHEF & the team from RYVERRA CHOC was awsome & willing to teach from A-Z thanks a lot to CHEF RADZI OTHMAN, CHEF SHARIL N CHEF MUZAIREE
