So ni la hasil nye...x le byk mana pun tp...dorang mmg suke....ok la bebudakan!

Today 10.10.2009 Niza collected cc fro her fren engangement on 11.10.2009...chocolate cup cakes deco with buttercream Theme Pink Color...juz a very simple deco for her...hope she satisfied with it...

Today 10.10.2009...my fren niza ordered cc for her fren engangement ...then skali tuk makan makan family dia lah...1 set....hope niza suke dgn deco deco yg aku buat ni...hehehhe thank sooo much niza coz trust in me....

Chocolate moist ni saja wat tuk makan makan then cover with butter cream frosting...not very satisfied weith the deco buttt will imporve it next time ...still under learning

Cream Cheese

227 grams cream cheese

65 grams granulated white sugar

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Chocolate Cupcakes:

195 gram all purpose flour

210 grams light brown sugar

30 grams natural unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup (240 ml) water

1/3 cup (80 ml) unflavored vegetable oil (I use safflower)

Hahah yg ni aku buat dah lama dah...kek cawan...ala jiran minta aku buat kek cawan tuk majlis kawin anak buahnye(sebagai gift tuk kumpulan merhabah)...sooo dia minta aku buat kek cawan perisa coklat,vanita dan stawberry then ni la hasil hasil nye....then aku tacap kan dengan butter cream frosting



Yang ni pula tuk makan makan di opis kakak i di KLIA ....



Ni saja try test buat butter cream frosting then cover on the cakes...ok gak la for 1st trial
